If you have a new project in mind, I’d love to hear from you! Your first step in working with me is simply to take the time to fill out this form and I will get in touch with you shortly.

Please note that I do not work on an hourly-rate basis, so it’s very important for me to fully understand the scope of your project so that I can provide an accurate proposal.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that due to the intangible nature of the services provided by UC Web Creations, refunds will not be provided. However, I will do my very best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the results of the services I provide!

This form is part of my Discovery phase, so be aware that work will only begin once my proposal has been accepted and a deposit of 50% of the total project cost has been made.
