With well over 20 years of experience in the area of customer service and support, we are very customer-focused, and our number one priority is to make you happy! One of the major differentiating factors between us and our competition is our friendliness! We’re not robots – we’re very approachable, and love interacting with our clients. We are passionate about helping people, so this role suits us perfectly as it gives us a sense of satisfaction to know we’ve been able to help someone resolve a problem, or learn something new.
When it comes to our web design and social media services, we work with you one-on-one, ensuring your satisfaction throughout the development, design, and implementation process of your web solution, but our job doesn’t stop there. We will provide support for you during and after the process itself, so you will never be left to “figure things out on your own”. One of the key ingredients in any successful relationship is communication, and our primary form of communication is email, with our secondary being by phone or Skype. We provide help, support, and training on the web design, social media, and training solutions we develop, as well as help and support for your existing solutions, if it is within our realm of experience and knowledge. Our commitment to you is to be there when you need us, to help you resolve any issues that arise with your WordPress site or social media sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube, and to be available when you need some general advice – even if it’s just a simple question. Remember: there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers, and we do our best to never give out those! 😉
I’m not very technical, and I don’t think I’ll understand this website stuff!
Fear not! We have the ability to make difficult technical concepts easy to understand, and we will find different ways of explaining things, often using analogies, to ensure you fully grasp what we’re teaching. We have several years of experience in the area of Technical Training through Ursula, our resident WP Gal, and we provide one-on-one training in the form of scheduled webinars. If you need help with something simple, we often provide training over the phone by guiding you step-by-step, such as updating a certain aspect of your website, or learning how to with social media, and doing it this way will help you learn better as we will not be doing it for you – you will be doing it yourself, with our guidance! They say the best teachers are those who allow their students to try things for themselves!
We also provide you with video tutorials readily available from your WordPress dashboard, which should also be able to help you with common WordPress questions, such as how to create a blog post, or how to add an image to a post or page.
If you would prefer, we can also provide you with support in the form of maintenance. If you don’t feel comfortable maintaining your own WordPress website, consider subscribing to one of our affordable maintenance packages
